1. Description of Services

Venostock is an online platform owned and operated by Solumed Healthcare Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”), providing access to medical goods and healthcare-related products including but not limited to medical consumables, hospital supplies, surgical instruments, diagnostic products and allied healthcare materials (the “Products”).

The platform functions as an electronic marketplace (“E-Platform”) enabling customers (“Customer”, “You”, “User”) to browse, select, and purchase Products offered either directly by the Company or by third-party sellers/manufacturers.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using www.venostock.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), the Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the website.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use this website.

3. Eligibility

Use of this website is available only to persons who are competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Venostock operates as an E-Platform facilitating purchase of medical goods. Where Products are sold by third-party vendors:

• The Company acts only as a facilitator.
• The transaction constitutes a bipartite contract between Buyer and Seller.
• The Company shall not be held liable for manufacturing defects, quality issues, or disputes between Buyer and Seller.

7. Pricing

• Prices displayed are applicable at the time of order placement.
• Taxes (including GST where applicable) are included unless otherwise stated.
• Delivery, transportation, facilitation and service charges are additional and will be displayed before checkout.
• Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
• The Company does not guarantee lowest price in any geography.

8. Order Processing & Cancellation

• Orders once placed and processed cannot be cancelled.
• In case of delay or non-availability, Customers will be informed.
• If cancellation is permitted due to delay, written communication must be sent within 24 hours of receiving delay notification.

9. Delivery & Force Majeure

Delivery timelines are indicative and subject to logistics partners, availability, and external factors.

The Company shall not be liable for delays caused due to:

• Transport or courier services
• Non-availability of Products
• Government restrictions
• Natural calamities
• Events beyond reasonable control

Such events shall be treated under Force Majeure.

• Products should be used strictly under guidance of qualified medical professionals.
• The presence of Products on the website does not imply endorsement of brand, quality, or effectiveness.
• The Company does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, safety, or performance of Products sold by third parties.

• Text
• Graphics
• Logos
• Images
• Database
• Software
• Trademarks

are the property of Solumed Healthcare Pvt Ltd or its licensors and protected under applicable Intellectual Property laws.

Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

12. Payment Terms

You agree that:

• Payment details provided are accurate.
• You will use only legally owned credit/debit cards.
• Fraudulent transactions may lead to legal proceedings.

The Company shall not be liable for credit card fraud. Liability rests solely with the user.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solumed Healthcare Pvt Ltd, its directors, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal expenses arising out of:
