• Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 working days, depending on your location.
• Deliveries to certain North East regions and remote areas may take up to 10–15 working days.
• Delivery timelines may be affected during national or state holidays, unforeseen disruptions, or adverse weather conditions.

Shipping Partners

• We ship through reliable courier services across India.
• For locations where our regular shipping partners do not operate, we may use India Post to ensure coverage in remote areas.

Shipping Charges

• A fixed shipping charge is applicable to all orders.
• The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before payment confirmation.

Order Cancellation & Refunds

• If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the full order amount including shipping charges will be refunded.
• If an order is lost in transit or undelivered due to logistics issues, the entire amount including shipping charges will be refunded.
• If you choose to return a delivered order, the original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS/email to help you monitor delivery status.
