Return & Refund Policy

At Solumed Healthcare, we are committed to delivering high-quality healthcare and wellness products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our medical compression stockings, the following return and refund terms apply:

1. Non-Returnable Products

• This product falls under hygiene, health, and personal care/wellness categories and is non-returnable once opened or used.
• If the stocking has been worn or used even once, it will not be eligible for return, replacement, or refund.

2. Eligibility for Return

Returns will be accepted only if:

• The product is unworn, unused, and unopened.
• The return request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
• The product is returned in its original packaging/box with all tags intact.

For voluntary returns (non-defective products), return shipping charges will be applicable and must be borne by the customer.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that you receive:

• A damaged product,
• A defective product, or
• An incorrect item,

We will provide a free replacement with shipping at no additional cost.

Please note:

• We may contact you to request photographs or additional details to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
• Claims for damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Size-Based Replacements

• Replacements due to sizing concerns will be considered only if the measurements were taken according to the size chart provided on our website and accurately entered at the time of purchase.
• Size exchange requests are subject to product condition and approval.

5. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed if approved.
• Refunds may take 7 to 15 working days to reflect in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Important Notes

• Products returned in used, damaged (not due to transit), or incomplete condition will not be eligible for refund.
• Solumed Healthcare reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
